March 8th, 2010 by kronebca · No Comments · Biology

A team of scientists from all over the world have been studying photosynthesis. These scientists are trying to figure out how photosynthesis works. They also have found out that photosynthesis produces cleaner fuel. Plants, algae, and cyanobacteria are things that produce this cleaner fuel. To figure this out, scientists had to a number of experiments. The experiments took two years. In the experiments there is a mutated green algae cell, then lasers of  light lasting not even a second go into the cell. This showed the scientists the beginning of the photosynthesis. This experiment is very important because it can lead to a cleaner way of getting fuel.
