New Energy Source from the Common Pea

Did you know that we can produce new energy sources with peas? Yes the vegetable pea. Scientists created a solar energy device from a plant protein structure. Scientists looked at the most complicated membrane structure of the pea. Prof. Nelson suggested these crystals can be lit up and also used as a small battery charger or form the core are artificial solar cells.
