		<description>Great article bud. It is very true that the majority of americans don’t get enough fiber, and that contributes to obesity. Fiber is great for inflammation. Fiber does much of its good works in the intestines. Crohns, a disease of inflammation in the intestine, can be greatly helped by fiber.

Fiber is great but it can have negative side effects. As you no fiber acts like a cleanser to the colon, sweeping out the not needed feces, but it can also constipate you. If you eat a lot of fiber but are not correctly hydrated then the fiber can not act like a broom and will instead act as a clog. Eating fiber is wonderful for you but you must make sure you are hydrated for it to do its job. Plus proper hydration is good for your over all health any way so why not drink up??
