I heard before that an apple is really good for our health. Today I found more news about the apple. A new University of Illinois study touts the benefits of soluble fiber found in oats, apples, and nuts. For starters saying that it reduces the inflammation associated with obesity related diseases and strengthens the immune system.
In their experiment, they use mice. They were identical except that they contained either soluble or insoluble fiber. After six weeks on the diet, they found animals had profound positive changes in their immune system. That’s why we should eat many apples. That is good for our health and apples are helpful our fiber boosts.

Great article bud. It is very true that the majority of americans don’t get enough fiber, and that contributes to obesity. Fiber is great for inflammation. Fiber does much of its good works in the intestines. Crohns, a disease of inflammation in the intestine, can be greatly helped by fiber.
Fiber is great but it can have negative side effects. As you no fiber acts like a cleanser to the colon, sweeping out the not needed feces, but it can also constipate you. If you eat a lot of fiber but are not correctly hydrated then the fiber can not act like a broom and will instead act as a clog. Eating fiber is wonderful for you but you must make sure you are hydrated for it to do its job. Plus proper hydration is good for your over all health any way so why not drink up??
