A midday nap boosts the brain’s learning capacity

According to the research that scientists have done, a midday nap can help to make room in the brain to add more information. This was proved in a study of 39 healthy young adults. During this study, the adults that took a nap during the day did much better, and improved in their ability to learn. This happens because during sleep, the brain clears its short-term memory to make room for the new information. To read more click here.

This is an important discovery that everyone should be aware of. Instead of being tired and trying to study, you should take a nap. This will boost your capacity to hold more memory. This very important here at CLHS. A one hour nap-time should be put into the schedule every day so that the students can learn better.
