In this news article, a man by the name of MacNulty says that wolves lose their instinct to be predators around their mid-life. He says that for all these years scientist have said that wolves have been capable of being “fierce” predators for their entire life but MacNutly says otherwise. He says in the article that wolves are only capable of being predators for 25% of their life or around 3 years.

With this information, hunting was legalized in some areas. If scientists conform this, hopefully they will stop hunting. If this happens it will greatly benefit wolves because wolves may have been over hunted and made endangered species. The article tells us that wolves are only dangerous 25% of there lives.
