Well, this is interesting because I know quite a few adults who take aspirin daily to help prevent heart attacks. However, this study makes sense because aspirin is a blood thinner. My doctor told me that.

But on the same token, having thinner blood might make it easier for blood to get through or around clogged arteries. That’s why scientists are saying that only patients with previous cardiovascular health issues should be taking aspirin for prevention purposes. Otherwise, the aspirin will just thin the blood which can pose other health risks. Aspirin has also been known to cause problems with the liver when taken in excess. This is very interesting David.
