Too much entanglement can render quantum computers useless

May 26th, 2009 by murillsn · No Comments · Physics

It said that the more entanglement we have, the more powerful quantum computing will be. But Jens Eisert found otherwise. His way of thinking is that there can be to much entanglement. Rendering the quantum info processing useless. It dosen’t matter how smart something is or how much of one thing is used once you get to a certain point in entanglement you are done.

Today we try to keep adding stuff to improve our inventions. But this proves that entanglement can make things that where once useful, useless. Entanglement is a certain randomness and once you pass the certain point it all turns into useless information. To read more click here.
