DEADLY FOAM EXPLOSION !!!! when a plastic foam is crated it is light and flexible however metal based foam is heavy , strong and not flexible.
scientists have developed a process in which they can make a hybrid of both for more strategic engineering purposes.

It is significant because its a new way to use chemistry to benefit the world around us and explore the benefit of discovering new ways to use technology.

As well as the metal based foam being heavy it is also very tough and durable. It also states in the article that “it would be more effective and resource-saving to combine the flexibility of plastic with the resilience of metal to create a material with entirely new properties.” This should hit home with anyone and everyone who reads it. I hope these scientists do find a way to create a hybrid from the two foams.
