That is right, you have read correctly. The nucleus of an atom as a place to store information from a computer! Chemists have made a tiny, but significant, breakthrough in storing information on the nucleus of an atom. They have made information last a little longer then a second on the nyucleus of an atom. This is very important, because to have information stored on a nucleus of an atom would be amazing. This would “bring to life the quatum computer”. This could revolutionize the computer world.
