US bill promotes Biofuels

June 4th, 2008 by schwanac · No Comments · Biology, Chemistry

The U.S. recently passed a bill that cut the subsidizing on BioDiesel. This created a victory for the other companies that are developing second generation biofuels. This bill also guarantied $320 million in loans for manufactures.

This opens up more doors so that we can lower our dependence on oil. The more we preserve these very limited oil supplies the better it will be for us in the future.
