This is the first plan for Aeronautics Research and Development and Related Infrastructure. It was approved by president Bush last year and is designed as a follow-up to the Aeronautics Research and Development Policy that was approved the year before, and it will be followed up thououghly itself as soon as its objective goals have been reached.
It is a step towards aeronautics research, development, testing and evaluation and it will be a good thing for America. Its success will promote our scientific research programs, and our general intelligent image across the world.
