All the sugary sweets such as CoCo Puffs, Chocolates, candy, brownies..etc. They are very hard to resist as a young child. Since sugar is high in calories, many people eat “diet” candy and artifical sugars. Though they may taste just as good as regular sugars the results can be outrageous if eating too much artifical sugars.
Ever since “fake” sugar has been out its been a major probem to our society. Most studies say that they can cause cancer, allergies and other health problems. It is also seen that artifical sugars might not be able to control your weight if you eat so much of them. Every one is addicted to sugars but very few don’t know the results of eating too many.

After reading this article i was shocked to see how artifical sugars can cause problem(s) in your life if you have a bad habit in eatting them. For once I think i’m going to be careful and watch how much I eat. The whole world should watch to because if everyone avoided eating alot of sugars then many of us could be in better shape and have better health for themselves. They could possibly live longer, happier and better lives.
Reading this I had NO idea that there was so many chemicals in the sugar that we eat. Then seeing that it is in some of the best sweet foods thats kinda scary. I never knew that if you ate artifical sugers that you good actually gain more weight then eating the normal sugers.
I think this wolrd has to much of high standers and are putting more chemiucals in their bodies by eating the wrong foods.
I have always thought that artificial sugars are suppose to be healthier for you, rather than regular, pure sugar. But according to this article artificial sugars are worse for you. This type of sugar can cause many health problems, such as cancer and uncontrollable weight fluctuation.
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t loves eating sugary sweets, but no matter if the sweets are made form regular sugar or artificial sugar, it can still cause you to become unhealthy.
Since I am an athlete I try to watch what I eat so I can stay in better shape and be on top of my game. I thought that these “healthier” or “diet” sugars would be beneficial to me, but I was wrong.
These artificial sugars can be better for you, but like the saying goes: everything is good in moderation. To much of these fake sugars could be worse than the real sugars. Now that I have seen what these fake sugars can do I will make sure I am more careful of how many I put into my body. As an athlete I need to be able to control my weight and now I know that these fake sugars are not the way.
What this article states is very true unfortunitly, but many people turn to fake sugars because they think that it will help them to lose weight. Fake sugars just trick your brain into thinking that your body is actually taking in real artificle sugar. I did not know until reading this article that the fake sugars in food can cause so much damage in a persons body. I have heard that diet drinks such as diet soda such as diet dr.pepper and diet pepsi can make a person even more hungry then before they began to eat. Wow! This is truly astonishing. I never knew that artificial sugars could be so bad for me. I thought that they would be better for me than the normal sugar, but I was wrong.
I’m going to have to watch what I eat from now on. I don’t want to do a lot of harm to my body by eating to much sugar. Now that I know that the artificial type is just as bad for me as the normal stuff, I think that I’ll just eat the normal kind from now on.
I love chocolate and all other ” fake ” sugary goods. I couldnt imagin my life with out these yummy delectables. Candy is just a part of my life and I think almost any ones life.
I dont really care if my candies have fake sugar or real sugar. I think it is all bad for you, but i am willing to take that risk to have that yummy taste in my mouth. I knowning this about the sugar will not change my life or consumption of candies what so ever.
